This cafe had to go beyond serving coffee. Rather than competing solely on product, we helped position Oli House as a modern community hub. It is a cultural gathering space designed to bring people together. At the center of the brand is Oli, a friendly character created to embody the spirit of connection and laid-back enjoyment. Oli became the symbol of a community where everyone is welcome, transforming the brand into something people could emotionally connect with. Beyond the visual identity, we developed a business positioning strategy centered on local culture and community engagement. The concept included partnerships with local visual artists, providing exhibition opportunities within the café, as well as weekly live music sessions that would bring neighbors, creatives, and visitors together. Additional wellness-focused initiatives, such as community yoga sessions, further reinforced the café's role as a place of community.
